A Community-Driven Plan for Upper Arlington’s Future

The Upper Arlington 2026 Master Plan will establish a collaborative, community-driven vision to guide the City’s growth, investment, and decision-making in the years ahead. Developed alongside updates to the Parks & Recreation Plan and Urban Forestry strategy, the plan will identify priorities, shape future land use, and outline clear strategies to strengthen neighborhoods, enhance quality of life, and support a resilient future.

June Update

The Upper Arlington 2026 Master Plan process is currently in Phase 1: Project Launch. During this phase, the team is conducting an existing conditions analysis guided by Steering Committee input.

Following the existing conditions analysis, community engagement activities will take place throughout the summer and fall to help ensure the plan reflects the community’s values, priorities, needs, and aspirations. Input gathered from residents, stakeholders, and community partners will play a key role in shaping the vision, recommendations, and future direction of the plan.
